Drilling Co was founded in Spilamberto (Modena, Italy) in 1994 in one of the most important mechanical districts in Europe, and it is currently the most technologically advanced company nationwide in deep drilling and related services.

In 1998, the company moved to the current facility on an area of 3200 square metres in Castelvetro di Modena, in order to develop a more complete range of processes and services dedicated to our customers.

Drilling Co serves a comprehensive array of customers, whose number and industries diversification is constantly growing. Our goal is to satisfy a wide range of needs: from single piece processing (samples or small batches) to large production batches.

Our core activity is the deep hole drilling of moulds, plates, dies, rounds, shafts, gears of all sizes.

Our machinery includes:

n ° 9 drilling machines for deep hole drilling in axis

n ° 6 drilling machines for off-axis deep hole drilling

n ° 5 drilling machines for horizontal, crossed and inclined deep hole drilling

n ° 1 machining center for radial drilling

TRAINING

Technical training

Drilling deeply believes that internal and external technical training courses are the key in order to maintain the highest quality of service for our customers. Every year at least 10 courses take place for each operator and audits are held to verify the level of skills acquired.

Soft skills training

The current market requires, in addition to technical skills, a series of communication tools that are needed to maintain a correct relationship with our customers. Within the Drilling team, communication courses and motivational meetings are periodically held to consolidate the team spirit and increase the level of collaboration.
