In recent years, Drilling Co dedicated important resources to the development of its technical office. This allows us to offer our customers considerable advantages in terms of:
- Preventive check of the incoming material in synergy with the Quality Service
- Processing of CAD math data for the creation of the “tool paths” necessary for the execution of the holes. Our CAD CAM software can handle files of the following formats: STEP (.stp), PARASOLID (.x_t), CATIA (.catpart), CIMATRON (.elt). The sending of files is handled in synergy with the customer via e-mail (for files smaller than 5 mb) or via Wetransfer (hyperlink) for larger files.
- Definition of work strategies and delivery planning
- Interfacing with the customer to find the best technical and operational solutions and providing essential feedbacks during the progress of each order
